Director of Strategic Initiatives

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Initiatives to lead complex and business-critical opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives from problem definition through implementation

Analyze strategic challenges such as unlocking new markets and commercializing new product lines

Define success metrics and establish KPIs and OKRs to monitor progress and accountability

Qualifications :

Master of Business Administration (MBA) required

7+ years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives independently

Highly analytical with strong critical thinking skills

Experience working in or with a startup environment
