Job Summary

The Staff Accountant, Financial Reporting will be instrumental in the external reporting process, including assisting with the preparation of various reports filed with the SEC, debt compliance reporting and Census Bureau reporting. Reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting, this individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce timely and accurate reports in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of various reports to be filed with the SEC, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements and other filing documents.
• Prepare supporting schedules, documentation, and analyses to support the financial statements, footnotes and MD&A disclosures.
• Assist with eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) tagging of financial statements and footnotes.
• Assist with the preparation of schedules and reports for debt covenant compliance reporting
• Coordinate data gathering and information request for Census Bureau reporting
• Collaborate with key contributors to the SEC reports, including Legal, Finance, Tax, FP&A, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Construction / Real Estate, People Resources and Marketing.
• Work with external auditors in conjunction with the annual year-end audit and interim reviews.
