We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Urgent Care team at a highly respected, mission-driven community health organization located in Madera, CA . This is a full-time position focused on delivering comprehensive same-day care to patients in need of timely, non-emergency treatment.

Position Overview :

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Setting : Full-scope Urgent Care within a busy outpatient facility

Patient Volume : Moderate pace designed to support high-quality care

Typical Cases Include :

Cuts, bites, scrapes

Minor burns

Sprains and strains

Back pain

Respiratory infections (colds, flus, sinusitis)

Skin rashes and irritation

Ear infections, stomach upset, heartburn

Diarrhea, dehydration, minor acute illnesses

This position is ideal for an experienced, flexible provider who thrives in a fast-paced environment but values work-life balance and community impact

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary : $140,000 $145,000 annually, based on experience

Vacation :

15 working days (3 weeks) annually, increasing to 4 weeks after 3 years of service

Accrual per organizational policy with payout of unused vacation upon separation

Sick Leave : Per full-time provider policy

Paid Holidays : As outlined in the employee handbook

Professional Fees :

One professional membership covered

State license, DEA, and recertification fees paid

CME :

5 days of paid CME leave per year

Up to $2,100 / year for CME-related expenses (pre-approved)

Insurance Coverage :

Medical, dental, and vision for the provider, with family coverage available

Life insurance and long-term disability provided

Enrollment required within 30 days of start date

Retirement :

403(b) retirement plan with 100% employer match up to 5% of annual salary

Productivity Incentive Bonus :

$10 per encounter for patient visits exceeding 22 / day

Paid quarterly (must be employed at time of payout)
