Job Description

Supervise and manage daily construction site activities to ensure project timelines are met.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain smooth operations.

Inspect construction work to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.

Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any delays or issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.

Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders and team members.

Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to minimize disruptions to project timelines.

Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to project progress and activities.

A successful Superintendent should have :
