Job Title : Chemical Process Technician
Location : West Sacramento, CA
Work-Type : Temporary (6 months), Full-Time, On-Site (M-F); 1
Shift
Salary : $20-23 / hour (DOE) + Kelly Standard Benefits
Responsibilities :
- Assist in operating and monitoring equipment used in the drying process of HTC materials
- Learn to maintain accurate records of process parameters and material characteristics
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues under the guidance of senior staff Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Perform routine maintenance tasks as assigned Assist with housekeeping organization of operating facilities Qualifications :
- Educational requirements : High school diploma or equivalent Relevant experience
- Interest in pursuing a career in chemical processing
- Comfortable wearing PPE steel toe boots, APR, FR uniform, safety glasses / goggles for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to exercise good chemical hygiene
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
