Insight Global's client within Food Equipment Distribution, located in Corona, CA is looking for the right person to support our customer’s needs, help continue our growth, and be a positive continuing team member of our company culture.
Key Responsibilities :
How You’ll Do It
- Quickly learn equipment parts, what they do, and whom we buy if from.
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries regarding parts and other customer service needs.
- Draft and present quotes to customers for parts and supplies in a compelling way.
- Log and update sales activity in our accounting system.
- Follow up on current and past quotes.
- Cross-sell additional parts, service, and supplies.
- Create Purchase Orders for parts and supplies as needed.
- Pick / Pack / Ship / Receive Orders when needed
- Communicate accurately and effectively with customers and fellow team members
Key Qualifications :

- 2+ years of successful Inside sales experience (preferably within the food processing equipment industry or similar)
- Someone is enjoys wearing many hats (ie. Inside sales, customer service, shipping & receiving, purchasing).
Preferred
Track record of successful customer service experience.
Required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
- A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change, and integrity
- Energy and enthusiasm
Benefits and Compensation
$55,000 - $75,000
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as retirement insurance, and paid time off.
