Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage system upgrades, installations, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve IT infrastructure and processes.
  • Maintain documentation of IT assets and procedures.
