Prewett Pest Control is seeking a Field Service Professional (Technician) in our Gulf Coast market, including Fairhope, Baldwin County, and Mobile County.
requires someone with a customer-centric focus and the ability to manage and grow a highly efficient service route. Our Field Service Professionals are the face of our company and are integral in growing PPC and its multiple locations from $3M to $25M in revenue by 2030.

Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary + Commissions + Bonuses + Benefits
- Base Salary : $20k-40k (based on experience)
- Bonuses & Commission Potential : Average Service Professionals make $45k / year, and High Performers will earn $50k-70k

Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
- Reflect our Core Values in all interactions, ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Must be able to perform detailed property inspections for both residential and commercial customers, including crawl space, interior, exterior, and attic spaces
- Take ownership of your routes as if youre the owner
- Provide recommended treatment and prevention methods utilizing integrated pest management and best practices
- Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer concerns and issues
- Effectively manage scheduled, unscheduled, and rescheduled service appointments
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of recurring pest services, including termite, pest, and mosquito
- Maintain company vehicle for a professional appearance
- Some work outside of standard business hours may be required
Requirement
What skills and experience are required?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in problem-solving
- Must be professional in appearance, with excellent communication skills, friendly disposition, and ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population
- Ability to use required technology and industry equipment
- Possess a valid drivers license and pass a pre-employment drug screen, pass MVR, and maintain a clean driving record
- Licensing / Certification required when applicable
