About the Opportunity


We are a licensed General Contractor seeking an experienced, self-managed rehab crew to support upcoming renovation projects. This role is ideal for a crew lead or small subcontracting team that can run work independently, meet schedules, and deliver clean finishes without hand-holding.

Scope of Work (Typical)

• Interior and exterior rehabilitation
• Framing, drywall, flooring, paint
• Light demo and rebuild
• Punch-list execution and finish work
• Coordination of daily tasks on site

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Before & after photos of completed rehab projects
• Must be based in or near the City of Chicago
• Three (3) professional references (GCs, owners, or PMs)
• Ability to self-manage crews and daily work
• Reliable transportation, tools, and workforce
• Strong communication and schedule discipline
• Compliance with site safety and GC standards
