Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
Position : Licensed Master Social Worker
Dept : Inpatient / Discharge Planning
Location : New York, NY
Schedule : 5x8 with Rotating weekends - 8am - 4pm
Hourly Pay : $62
Overview : LMSW will Asses patients' needs, provide counseling and work with agencies or insurance companies to cover the costs of treatment and medication after discharge.
Requirements :
- Active NYS LMSW or LCSW
- Master's Degree in Social work or related field
- Proof Of Full Covid-19 Vaccination
- 2+ experience providing inpatient (Hospital or clinic) care coordination & discharge planning
- Ability to work every other weekend as needed
