Job Title : Product Manager
Location : Plano, TX, San Francisco, CA (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities :
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Act as Product Manager for Entitlements and Partnering with Onboarding for Digital Banking Application
- Creating flow diagrams to outline client journeys
- Write Epics based on the client journey
- Work with design to create compelling experiences for the client journeys
- Work with architecture to enable client journeys
- Break down Epics into detailed user stories
- Work with development team to size user stories and get them ready for sprints
- Track critical path and other dependencies for epics and stories
- Work with key partners (like onboarding) to maintain alignment for delivery
Required qualifications and skills :
Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or Product Ownership role5+ years of experience in US / UK / EMEA banking / financial servicesAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementApplied experience in Agile development methodologyFocus on Experience in Developing Experiences for Digital ProductsPreferred qualifications and skills :
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationProduct Management experience in a large financial services organization
