Job descriptionExperience with UKG Pro / Workforce Management (UltiPro) and UKG Ready Strong payroll knowledge and compliance background Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines (bi-weekly payroll Mondays) Strong communicator and team collaborator Flexible schedule & hybrid work option Prorated PTO Tuition assistance after 90 days Cash referral rewards 403(b) retirement plan with company contribution after 3 months

What You’ll Do
- Process payroll for under 400 employees across multiple entities using UKG Pro Workforce Management
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies
- Validate time & attendance, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accuracy
- Generate payroll / HR reports and support year-end activities (W-2, 1095-C, etc.)
- Partner with HR on payroll changes and payroll off cycles
- Provide troubleshooting and support for payroll-related issues
