Administrative Assistant - Morristown, NJ
Company :

Role :
This role provides an excellent opportunity to collaborate closely with attorneys and staff while gaining hands-on experience in legal operations and client services.
Responsibilities :
- Greet clients and visitors in person and via phone, handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and legal documents; perform data entry and organize case materials.
- Optimize attorneys’ schedules by managing correspondence, drafting documents, gathering and analyzing information, and arranging meetings and events.
- Manage attorney calendars, scheduling conferences, depositions, court dates, travel, and other engagements.
- Act as a liaison for attorneys, communicating on their behalf and handling delegated tasks.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree required.1+ year(s) of experience in administrative or legal roles.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a strong focus on detail.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Working Situation :
Hybrid after training periodCompensation / Benefits :
