Location : Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas (Local candidates preferred)

Role : Full-time Project Manager with 5+ years of commercial construction experience

Requirement : Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or related field

Sector Focus :  Diverse Commercial

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or similar.

5+ years of commercial project management experience.

Strong background in adaptive reuse, historic renovations, interiors, or similarly complex commercial projects.

Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and trade partners.

Skilled at reading / interpreting plans & specs and ensuring code compliance.

Desired Attributes :

Hands-on leadership style with the ability to resolve challenges in the field.

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Strong communicator who can build relationships with owners, consultants, inspectors, and teams.

Passion for craftsmanship, design, and delivering quality results.

Key Responsibilities

Direct all phases of assigned commercial construction projects.

Manage budgets, contracts, schedules, and subcontractor performance.

Collaborate closely with design teams, engineers, and owners.

Oversee compliance, inspections, milestones, and closeout.

Foster teamwork, ensure safety, and drive projects to success.
