Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee certified payroll processes and ensure compliance with union contracts, federal, and state requirements.
• Prepare and review certified payroll reports, affidavits, and contracts.
• Process union reports and handle all union payroll-related tasks.
• Manage compliance and reporting through federal reporting systems.
• Serve as payroll backup within the accounting team when necessary.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely payroll and reporting.
• Assist with the processing of employee pay to maintain accuracy and compliance.
