Location : Columbia, MD (Hybrid - Onsite first 2 weeks, then Tue / Thu / Fri remote)

Shift : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM

Start Date : November 17, 2025

Duration : 6-month Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate : $16.00 - $18.00 / hour

About the Role :

We're seeking two entry-level Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic support team for an Automated Traffic Safety Enforcement program. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow into a permanent role with a stable organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from citizens regarding parking violations
• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries professionally
• Verify violation images and vehicle information
• Assist with payment processing and data entry
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions
• Navigate multiple computer applications confidently
• Deliver empathetic and effective communication in both English and Spanish

Onsite for the first two weeks at Columbia, MD 21046

Hybrid schedule begins after training (Tue / Thu / Fri remote)

Fast-paced, high-volume call center (30-80 calls / day)

Performance monitored for attendance, call quality, and communication

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 / hr.
