Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that drive performance
Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions
Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to managers on people matters and facilitate leadership development initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field; HR certification preferred
5+ years of experience in HR business partner, generalist, or employee experience roles
Demonstrated ability to lead strategic and agile HR initiatives
Strong knowledge of workforce planning, organizational development, and performance management
Experience in defense, aerospace, or highly regulated industries preferred
