Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in insurance a commitment to exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to supporting account managers in servicing commercial lines accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide A-Z servicing for commercial lines accounts supporting account managers in day-to-day operations.
• Handle both new and renewal business quotes.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of documentation and account updates.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service to small to mid-market commercial clients.
• Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain records.
