Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Microsoft D365 Project Lead to oversee and drive full-cycle implementations across Finance & Operations (F&O) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. This role requires a strong background in project operations, system configuration, and deployment, along with proven leadership in CRM and Field Service environments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end Microsoft D365 implementations, from planning through to post-deployment support
  • Manage project operations and guide cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
  • Configure, deploy, and enhance D365 systems to align with evolving business needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize CRM and Field Service processes
  • Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives

Requirements :

  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft D365, including F&O and SCM
  • Proven track record in leading full lifecycle D365 implementations
  • Strong experience in project operations, CRM, and Field Service solutions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
