Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator
will support both businesses marketing efforts in assisting with executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's brand, products, and services.
This role requires a detail-oriented, creative, and organized individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while contributing to the overall marketing goals of the company.
The Marketing Coordinator will work alongside our strategic marketing partners who also play a vital role in promoting our brand, creating engaging marketing content, and supporting our business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Campaigns :
- Collaborate with outside marketing firms, to plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid search, and content marketing.
- Assist in developing campaign strategies, content calendars, and marketing materials.
Content Creation :
- Create and edit marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, sales presentations, and digital content including bi-monthly employee newsletter.
- Assist in writing and proofreading marketing content, such as blog posts, articles, and press releases.
Market Research :
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential opportunities.
- Assist in analyzing market data and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
Reporting and Analytics :
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaign initiatives, website traffic, and social media engagement.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Administrative Support :
- Provide administrative support to other division leaders in the organization, including marketing partners, scheduling meetings and maintaining marketing files and records.
- Assist outside firm in the overall management of company brand store.
- Review, submit and manage the ordering of business card for company to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
Physical requirements : Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Occasionally lift up to 15 lbsActive movement at events for extended periods of timeAbility to travel as needed
