Job descriptionSpearhead topographic surveys, boundary / ALTA surveys, ROW determination, utility location surveys, and construction stakeout projects, showcasing your expertise in a variety of surveying services. Lead hydrographic bathymetric surveys and aerial survey control, adding a dynamic dimension to your skill set. Execute high-precision facility surveys and high-order geodetic control surveys, playing a pivotal role in projects that demand precision and accuracy. Collaborate with project managers and interdisciplinary teams to provide strategic insights and ensure the successful execution of surveying initiatives. Drive innovation by participating in GIS data acquisition, 3D laser scanning, and 3D GPS machine control digital terrain models, enhancing project efficiency and outcomes. Uphold compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and project-specific requirements, ensuring the highest quality in all deliverables. Contribute to the evolution of surveying methodologies and best practices, shaping the future of the profession. Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the state of New Jersey. Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven track record in diverse and challenging land surveying projects. Proficient in utilizing surveying instruments, GPS technology, and CAD software. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated experience in high-precision surveys, including historical retracement projects.
