Our team takes pride in delivering safe, reliable, and efficient service across all projects from daily rentals to complex industrial lifts.Were looking for a Service Advisor to join our operations team. This position plays a key role in supporting the service department through coordination of maintenance, parts orders, and accurate data management within our operations software.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and track parts orders for cranes, trucks, and related equipment.
• Maintain and update maintenance logs for all fleet assets.
• Perform accurate data entry and validation within the companys operations and maintenance software systems.
• Assist with scheduling and communication between mechanics, operators, and management.
• Review and reconcile vendor invoices and service tickets.
• Support compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Generate routine service reports and equipment status summaries.
• Communicate with vendors, internal departments, and field personnel to ensure timely and accurate service documentation.
