Responsibilities

• Assist with the deployment and maintenance of the enterprise mobility, AV, Virtual Care, or collaboration technologies including but not limited to Cisco AV, iPad, iPhone, Intune & Jamf.
• Participates in the development and implementation of policies & procedures for standardizing work activities.
• Maintains inventory, drawings, and other documentation to represent areas of responsibility.
• Works with contractors and consultants on projects and support.
• Provides expertise and uses good judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Adheres to ongoing development of ECU Health IS project management methodology.
• Helps promote the philosophical direction of ECU Health IS in the adoption of IT Service Management (ITSM) by : following IS governance and ITSM processes and ensuring ITSM subject matter expertise.
• Within the team, applies rigorous testing and quality assurance techniques to all system changes and strictly adheres to Change Control processes.
