Fitzgerald Auto Malls of Maryland, operating out of Gaithersburg, is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities include
- Building HVAC light repairs and filter maintenance
- Parking Lot facility maintenance, including pavement marking
- Minor Plumbing & drain repairs
- General Building repairs
- Maintain workshop area, and storage area in an organized, working condition
- Some snow clearing & salt responsibilities
Job requirements
No known allergies to oil, antifreeze, general petroleum-based products, and any generally accepted products used in an automotive repair shop environment
