Job description

A company is looking for a Lead UX Designer to enhance live experiences through innovative design strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the needs and behaviors of fans, sellers, teams, and artists
  • Create impactful strategies and oversee execution and launch processes
  • Improve component systems for consistent, high-quality user experiences

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in UX design
  • Strong craftsmanship and design skills
  • Understanding of technical and logistical challenges in live experiences
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on change and improvement
  • Availability for 4+ hours of overlap with a 9 : 30am-5 : 30pm East Coast workday
