A company is looking for a Temporary Healthcare Contracts Attorney (Part Time) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Review and edit contracts related to Medicare Advantage, MSSP, ACO, and Medical Director agreements
Handle amendments and reimbursements for various transactional Medicare agreements
Ensure compliance with Regulatory, Antikickback, and STARK laws in the Value Based healthcare sector
Required Qualifications
JD (Juris Doctor) degree from an accredited law school
Active attorney license in at least one state
Experience in healthcare law and contract review
Knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements
Availability for 15 hours per week over 2 or 3 days
