Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in leading customer experience or support teams
Experience in fast-paced, growth-stage DTC or subscription startups
Proven track record of scaling teams and systems while maintaining high service standards
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making
Familiarity with emerging technologies, especially AI, to enhance customer experiences
