Collection Specialist

A company is looking for a Collection Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with consumers regarding their balance

Work with consumers toward payment or resolution of their accounts

Maintain accurate records of consumer interactions and transactions

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Availability to work Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm

One (1) year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience preferred

One (1) year of Collection Experience preferred

Mathematical and Analytical Skills preferred
