Job Summary
The Fleet Administrator executes operational and administrative tasks that support the Fleet Manager's directives. This position is essential to the daily operations of the Fleet Department and will handle office and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, have a strong grasp of office protocol and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Essential Functions
Create & maintain accurate Fleet equipment records for additions & disposals (digital & paper files).Update Pending Purchases workbook.Administer new equipment onboarding process, issue in-service work orders and activity assignments.Administer equipment disposal process, including the collection of tags, registrations, sunpass, epass, fuel cards, Samsara hardware, etc.Log in-service date on unit profile per applicable warranty policy.Upload support documentation of assets into NexGen & intranet.Communicate to Lift Plan team on new models to the fleet (for software updates).Apply for and manage title applications, title transfers, tags, registrations & their renewals & maintain accurate tag / registration roster.Log & account for dealer tag usage & other dealer related responsibilities.Communicate to Fixed Asset Accounting to add / remove assets on insurance roster.Administer the Marathon Fuel Card system – vehicles, user pins, and fuel cardsAdminister the Fuel Master system – vehicles & user pins.Administer the SunPass and Epass account.Responsible for responding to fleet-related inquiries & requests from other departments & support of Fleet Analyst.Assist with Unit Audits and inventories.Administer the use of Fleet Management software (Samsara & Trucker Path) & its hardware installation.Receive and match purchase orders for the Fleet DepartmentAdminister navigation software for SimsRun Fleet related reports as needed.Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.Required Skills / Abilities

Prior experience working in a fleet department or title clerk role preferred or office manager.Minimum 5 years office / clerical experienceValid Florida Driver's License.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Preferred Requirements
