Base pay range

$110,000.00 / yr - $220,000.00 / yr

About The Role : As a Senior Manager, UX Design, you will help transform complex information and tasks into easy-to-use designs for our millions of members and associates.

Responsibilities

  • Lead in the creation of business, consumer, and associate product experiences.
  • Work without close supervision but seek out and welcome feedback from senior UX leaders and managers.
  • Think holistically about the people using our products, a cohesive design system, and end to end experiences.
  • Solve complex problems and work with others with the same passion, to collaborate and merge solutions into a larger structure and create a cohesive design ecosystem.
  • Switch gears from deep design thinking to rapid-fire execution

Requirements

  • Solid blend of interaction and visual design skills and an eye for pixel-perfect detail.
  • Foundation of mobile design principles, standards, and practices.
  • Passion for building in the ecommerce space.
  • An impressive product design portfolio that demonstrates how you design to solve for both business requirements and customer needs.
  • Expert skills in Figma : creating components, prototyping, creating excellent handoff ready files for development, etc.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Design certification (for example, IDEOU - Foundations in Design Thinking Certificate), Driving product development in a user experience area, Master's degree in UI / UX Design, Interactive and Visual Design, Product Design, or related area.
  • Related industry experience (for example, retail, supply chain, eCommerce, healthcare), UI / UX, Interactive and Visual Design, Electronics Art, Multimedia Design, or related area.
