About the Head of Partnerships role

We’re seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead strategic business development efforts with health systems, digital health companies, and other key players in the healthcare ecosystem. This is a critical role where you’ll own the full partnerships lifecycle, from identifying new opportunities to negotiating deals and scaling long-term relationships.

You’ll be instrumental in shaping the company’s growth trajectory, working closely with the founders and leadership team to expand reach and deepen impact across the U.S. healthcare market.

This is a unique chance for a seasoned partnerships leader to apply their network, creativity, and deal-making skills at a fast-growing AI healthtech startup making a tangible difference in how patients access care.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of leading partnerships, business development, or sales in a high-growth healthtech startup
  • Deep network within health systems, digital health platforms, or healthcare payors / providers
  • Strong ability to craft and close complex deals with strategic stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset : thrives in fast-paced, high-autonomy startup environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with credibility at C-suite level
