Mission

Manage and oversee the operation of the infrastructure and equipment on site, engage in the implementation or advancement of infrastructure, hardware, and software applications at the site. Support the upkeep of the site's applications as outlined in the maintenance / operation agreement.

• Service level and users happiness comply to expectations (availability of applications, equipment and services)
• Oversight and maintenance of IT hardware performance is handled
• Efficiency of all interventions (diagnostic quality, temporary services provided, adherence to intervention timeline, ...)
• Efficacy of all interventions (allocation of resources, IT service expenditures, suitable hotlines use and support)
• Technical and operational documentation adhere to standards and are kept current (including equipment and software lists, source files, backups, training materials ...)
• The maintenance plan of equipments is defined and applied
