Product Consultant

A company is looking for a Product Consultant SMB.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate offline time for meetings and trainings, tracking adherence to schedules

Extract data and feedback to develop actionable tools and data models

Measure, report, and analyze results across operational groups and performance segments

Required Qualifications

College degree or equivalent with 2-4 years of professional experience, or 6+ years of related experience

Proficiency with Cx One telephony / reporting system

Familiarity with Tableau cloud reporting

High level of experience with Microsoft Office

Self-driven with strong multitasking abilities
