Job descriptionMonitor, track, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling, SEO-friendly blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media content. Design and execute email marketing campaigns, from segmenting audiences to analyzing performance. Research digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure strategies stay ahead of the competition. Work cross-functionally with the creative, sales, and product teams to align digital strategies with overall business goals. Experience : 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools (e.g., SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp). Strong creativity paired with data-driven decision-making abilities. Ability to create compelling content for various digital platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
