Job Overview :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
- ssist new and existing clients with home purchases, refinancing, or home equity loans.

- Submit mortgage applications and help clients gather required documents.

- Position requires SAFE Act registration and maintaining good standing with the federal registry system.
Responsibilities :

Regular schedule : Monday-Friday, 10 AM-7 PM (Eastern).Rotating Saturdays : 8 AM-3 : 30 PM.Training : Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (approx. 8 weeks).Training is 100% in-office, no time off allowed.Post-training : Hybrid with 5 in-office days per month.Compensation & Benefits :
