As Contracts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in project documentation, permitting, coordinating administrative tasks, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
You will support project managers in ensuring project efficiency and compliance while maintaining accurate records and assisting with project closeout activities.
Responsibilities :
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and correspondence.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and organizing project files.
- Assist in procurement activities, including obtaining bids and tracking material deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers to foster collaboration.
- Prepare project-related reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Support project managers and supervisors with administrative tasks.
- Facilitate communication between project team members.
- Maintain accurate project records and assist with project closeout activities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in project coordination or administration within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
