Real Estate Services Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Services Coordinator to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. This contract position involves providing administrative support and ensuring smooth daily operations within a property management environment. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, communication, and administrative tasks while working on-site five days a week.
Responsibilities :
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or resources.
- Handle incoming service requests and dispatch them to the correct teams for resolution.
- Assist with processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the management team with administrative duties, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Coordinate communication with tenants, vendors, and engineering staff as needed.
- Monitor and manage work order systems to ensure timely task completion.
- Provide front desk coverage and act as the first point of contact for inquiries.
- Help facilitate the smooth operation of mixed-use retail and office properties.
- Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Requirements :
Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in property management.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools.Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities effectively.Excellent customer service and communication abilities.Familiarity with work order systems is a plus.Experience with invoice processing is highly desirable.Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
