Calling on Clinical Fellows and ASHA-Certified Speech-Language Pathologists who enjoy working with Early Childhood populations! Soliant has partnered with a school in the area of Roseville, CA, and is seeking a contract provider for 3 days a week.
Responsibilities include :
- Evaluating children referred for possible speech delays
- Completing reports based on available data on student's eligibility for speech services
- Making recommendations for appropriate goals and a therapy schedule that supports the child's needs
- If needed, serving as part of a multi-disciplinary team in developing an IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan) for children with exceptional needs
- Documenting student progress, and presenting this information to periodic meetings with staff and family.
We seek applicants with the following competencies :
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organization, time management, and the ability to prioritize in a manner consistent with department guidelines
- Flexibility and the ability to foster a collegial work environment
Requirements :
SLP license from the CaliforniaBoard of Speech and Hearing
