Commercial Counsel

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to provide legal support for business teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property

Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements including MSAs and licensing agreements

Lead initiatives to improve contracting processes and ensure compliance with global regulations

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate or equivalent law degree with at least 5 years of legal experience

Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements

Ability to simplify complex legal concepts for non-legal stakeholders

Proven experience in developing contract negotiation playbooks

Strong business acumen and ability to work independently
