Key Responsibilities
Champion and embed the company's cultural principles while scaling globally
Become an expert on the company's products and articulate their value to prospects
Deliver work products that facilitate deal closure, including demonstrations and proof of concept implementations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's of Science degree from a 4-year accredited university
2+ years of experience in a pre-sales, customer success, or customer / product support role
Ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems
Experience with technical consulting, cloud software, and business systems integration
