Hiring now for the Winter 2025-2026 season :   This winter, Marea brings its signature coastal Italian cuisine and world-class hospitality to the mountains with an exclusive pop-up at  The Snow Lodge , located at  The St. Regis Aspen Resort . A collaboration between two icons of culture, cuisine, and style, the Marea x Snow Lodge residency captures the best of both worlds — the spirit of the Italian seaside and the soul of Aspen’s alpine allure. Sommelier Responsibilities include :

• Actively engage in service, recommending wines, cocktail & spirit beverage pairings, and anything else needed to enhance the guest experience, and lead with a hands-on approach.
• Stay knowledgeable and up to date on classic and new wines, and liquors.
• Assist in growing wine / beverage sales in the restaurant and develop strong guest relationships.
• Help maintain the wine cellar, the beverage storeroom, and assist in monthly inventories
• Perform other duties as required by management.

Compensation : $14.81 per year plus tips, less a $3.02 tip credit if applicable.
