Vice President of Legal (State Licensed)

A company is looking for a Vice President, Legal.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide legal counsel to executive leadership on strategic initiatives and risk management

Oversee negotiation and risk management for complex global commercial agreements

Lead all legal aspects of M&A transactions and ensure global compliance with relevant regulations

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

15+ years of legal experience, including in-house leadership at a global company

Significant experience with cross-border commercial contracting and compliance frameworks

Expertise in employment and data privacy regulations relevant to global workforce models

Demonstrated success advising executive teams on complex decisions
