Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with a NC or compact license and preferred Epic experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the Operating Room within a hospital surgical services department
  • Primary unit functions include ophthalmology surgeries, joint replacement, and urology cases
  • Day shift with 10-hour shifts from 0645 to 1715
  • No on-call requirement specified
  • 14-week contract assignment
  • Clinical Nurse II provides nursing care to a broad surgical patient population
  • Team members should be clinically competent and able to work independently
  • Supportive multidisciplinary surgical team environment
  • Two professional references covering one year of employment within the last three years are required for employment consideration

    • Requirements

  • Active NC or compact RN license required
  • Previous OR RN experience required
  • Experience with ophthalmology surgeries, joint replacement, and urology preferred
  • Epic EMR experience preferred
