Overview
Join Enrollment Management Services as an Employee Benefits Account Manager. You will manage day-to-day client communications and relationships, work directly with client employees to understand their stories and identify solutions that best fit their needs. You will provide concierge-level service that includes administering financial tools, removing barriers to make a change, and enrolling members in the identified solution. You will work with multiple accounts, collaborating with an Account Team to develop and maintain client relationships and report on progress throughout the year.

General Accountabilities
Proactively outreach and build rapport quickly with members
Develop a good relationship with the client, HR, and leadership team
Work with Account Team leadership to develop and implement an annual account work plan for each client
Update & maintain information about clients, employees, and opt-out programs
Job Qualifications
Holds or will obtain current health / life insurance license within 30 days of DOH
Basic computer literacy (typing / data entry, managing email, basics of Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong time management and organization
