BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist, PT, for a full time opportunity performing outpatient visits in independent living / assisted living / memory care communities in the Loveland area.

As an outpatient Physical Therapist, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care continuum team that provides outpatient services to clients affording them the opportunity to age in place.

• Coverage area : Loveland, CO
• No weekends required. No on-call required.
