Administrative Assistant Opportunity

Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for an Administrative Assistant in Charlotte, NC. This is an excellent opportunity to support senior Technology Executives while enhancing your administrative and organizational skills. Shift : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (Hybrid position)

Pay Rate : $20.77 per hour Weekly Paycheck

Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to 23 senior Technology Executives
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and correspondence
  • Organize and support recurring meetings such as Town Halls, Skip-Level Meetings, and All Hands Sessions
  • Assist with logistics for in-person and off-site meetings and events
  • Compile weekly summaries of key events, decisions, and priorities
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Business Support Managers and administrative staff to ensure seamless operations
  • Track and follow through on action items and deliverables across multiple business lines
  • Support initiatives related to finance, HR, workforce management, and project coordination

Requirements :

  • Proven experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
