IT Business Analyst

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst to support their POS landscape and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders

Manage and refine the product backlog to align with business value and strategic initiatives

Facilitate cross-functional requirements sessions and support sprint ceremonies for project transparency

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

2-4 years of experience in business analysis, IT, or related roles

Familiarity with tools such as ADO, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite

Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is a plus

Experience in retail, manufacturing, or regulated industries is a plus
