What you'll do :
In this role, you’ll be a key link between our customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Your day-to-day will include :
- Creating and maintaining item BOMs (Bill of Materials)
- Processing customer orders and managing order status updates
- Following up with suppliers and coordinating with production scheduling
- Supporting sales teams with quotes and pricing requests
- Ensuring prompt and professional customer communication and follow-up
