Position Summary : The Director of CRM Technology is responsible for leading the vision, strategy, implementation, and optimization of the company's CRM platforms and related technologies that support a global salesforce. This role will ensure that CRM systems are designed and maintained to enable seamless customer engagement, improve sales and service effectiveness, and deliver actionable insights across the organization. The Director will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT leadership to align CRM technology investments with business objectives, while driving adoption and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership

Define and own the CRM technology strategy, roadmap, and architecture to support business growth and customer experience goals.

Oversee administration, configuration, customization, and governance of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or equivalent).

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and IT to translate business needs into CRM requirements.

Build and lead a high-performing CRM technology team of administrators, developers, and analysts.

Enable advanced reporting and dashboards that empower leadership with real-time insights.
