CFS has partnered up with a valued client in the Greater Hartford area seeking an AP Specialist to join their team.

What this AP Specialist will be responsible for

The Accounts Payable Specialist will code and match invoices

Process checks for payment

Assist with AIA billing and job costing

Communicate with Project Managers when coordinating invoices

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the full Accounts Payable cycle

Preferred qualifications of the AP Specialist

Previous Accounts Payable experience

Working in the Construction industry is highly preferred
